Refund policy

Can I return or cancel my order? We only accept it in purchase orders over three meters. We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the product is not returned in the condition in which it was sent, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of loss of value.
